Conditions of participation in the fair:
I.
General provisions ^^^
1. It is necessary for participation in the fair:
- to submit the application
form for participation till December 26th, 2008 (application
on WEB);
- to submit the drawings of a booth till December 26th, 2008;
- to conclude the contract on participation till December 26th, 2008;
- to make payment according to the contract;
- to give the information in the Catalogue till December 26th, 2008.
2.
Cost of participation includes:
- registration fee;
- cost of an exhibition space;
- cost of the additional equipment and services.
3.
The reservation of the exhibiting space is made after the registration
fee and the sum in the amount of 50 % for the exhibition space have been
made.
4.The
payment is carried out:
For the foreign juridical persons - in EURO.
5.
The organizers reserve the right to install exhibition stands according
to the developed general layout in accordance with payments receipt, taking
into account an exhibitor's wishes, if it is possible.
6.
It is strictly forbidden to place exhibits and advertising boards beyond
the stand (aisles and other premises) without the Organizer's permission.
Registration
fee is obligatory for each participant and it contitutes EURO 300,
the sum includes:
- the basic information about an exhibitor in the official catalogue (both
in Russian and English languages);
- 1 badge for every 3 sq.meters of the ordered space. The total of badges can be not less than 2 and no more 10. The cost of every additional badge is EURO 5.00;
- 2 copies of the exhibition catalogue;
- 10 invitation cards to the exhibition;
- 2 invitations to an official banquet.
The
Cost of 1 sq.m of equipped exhibition area:
- 220 EURO - for representative offices in Ukraine and CIS countries;
- 250 EURO - for foreign firms.
The
equipped exhibition space includes:
- wall panels;
- carpet on the stand;
- inscription on a fascia board;
- 100 x 50 x 100 cm podium (or 3 shelves 100 x 30 cm, 3 m of framework
made of stand components);
- 1 table plastic;
- 3 chairs;
- illumination - 2 spot-lamp per every 9 sq.m;
- 1 electric socket (1kVt);
- 1 waste bin.
The
minimal size of the stand - 9 sq.m
The angular stand (2 open sides) - cost increases on 5 %
The peninsula-like stand (3 open sides) - cost increases on 10 %
The island-like stand (4 open sides) - cost increases on 15 %
The double-deck stand - the area cost under the 2-storied construction
increases on 25%
The
cost of unequipped exhibition space for 1 sq.m. (no electricity connected)
- 200 EURO - for foreign firms on the premises of "International
Exhibition Centre"
II.
Duties of the Organizer ^^^
1. To organize the promotional campaign of the fair.
2. To distribute the invitations to the fair among specialists of this
branch and to the traders.
3. To issue the catalogue of the fair.
4. To give the exhibition space, equipment and services to the exhibitor
according to his application form.
5.To carry out the montage, dismantle of an exposition and work of the
fair according to the stated dates:

6. To provide the protection of exhibits which are placed in the premise
of pavilions on working days of the exhibition from 18.00 up to 9.00 a.m.
of the next day. The organizer is not responsible for the safety of the
Participant's property, its damage or theft in working hours of the exhibition,
montage and dismantles.
7.
The organizers recommend insuring the property and responsibility at the
official insurer of the fair.
III.
Duties of the Participant ^^^
1. To register the contractual documents for participation in the fair.
2. The exhibitor is responsible for the damage of the exhibition equipment
and property of an exhibition facility.
3. The participants of the fair are obliged to follow the fire prevention
rules.
4. In case of non-observance the terms of payment or refusal from the
participation in the fair, the space reserved for the participant may
be given to other Participant, and the payments are returned according
to the contract.
Removing
of exponates is going according to written permission of the Organizer
not erlier than 15.00 of last day of the Exhibition (January, 30th, 2009).
IV.
Exhibition Catalogue ^^^
1. The Catalogue contains the basic information about the participant.
The information should be given till December, 26th, 2008 ( information
form on WEB ). The Organizer leaves the right not to put the information
about the exhibition participant given after the prescribed term.
2.
The basic information about the participant in the official fair catalogue
contains:
- the name and address of the company;
- text (no more than 50 words in Russian and 50 words in English);
- the logo b/w near the information about company - EURO 20.00. Format:
TIF, Grayscale.
3.
The information to the Catalogue should be given:
- text (no more than 50 words in Russian and 50 words in English) in Word
format, sent to the e-mail: office@artexpoua.com
or given on a diskette.
4.
The Organizer reserves the right:
- to edit the text and make correction of stylistic mistakes;
- to reduce the text, if it exceeds the established norm.
5.The
organizers are not responsible for the reliability of the information
given by an exhibitor or the advertiser.
